Good read. I take my hat off to you.

I notice if I take half hour walks each day, my legs feel much better than if I just sit. Some days I can only do 20 minutes and thats OK too.

I am getting much more used to the new me. It takes time and patience.

My 3 mantras are

Focus on fitness not illness

Be in charge of your physicality not a victim of it Be more fearless less fearful

You are some fearless lady

Thank you. I like that mantra. Very good words to live by! I’m lucky that not much scares me. My good friend from college said that I have a tank mentality and she was very correct.
